What does the rental of the chalet include?

The rental of our chalet includes the rent, rental charges (heating, water, electricity, WiFi).
This wooden chalet with terrace is fully equipped (kitchen with appliances, bedrooms, bathroom ...) so that you can fully enjoy your weekend or your vacation in the mountains.

However, this does not include the tourist taxes which will have to be paid by the tenants.

Cleaning, sheets and linen are not included in the rental price but these services can be offered to you at an additional cost. Do not hesitate to contact us HERE for more information. We give the best of ourselves to ensure that you can enjoy your stay in the heart of Auvergne!

Are pets allowed in the chalet?  

We accept pets with a supplement, and this on request.
Indeed, your dogs or cats are not prohibited within our establishment and will be able to fully enjoy the incredible landscape offered by the Puy-de-Dôme region.

Your loyal companions will therefore be by your side for your hikes or play in the snow during your skiing holiday.
Watch out for nature reserves such as the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park which allows animals on the trails during your walk. So remember to take a leash with you. Same thing when you go fishing in the lakes.

We therefore invite you to inform us of the presence of your animal at the time of booking.
For information, the owner is responsible for any damage that may be caused by his animal (damage, cleaning, ...), and will therefore have to bear the costs.

How is the arrival and departure?  

The arrival time is at 5 p.m., and the departure time is at 10 a.m.
The inventory of entry and exit will be carried out by the same person in order to verify the correct functioning of all the equipment.

We are in the heart of the Sancy massif, so we invite you not to forget your winter hats if you come during the Christmas period, your hiking shoes or your swimsuit if you like walks by the lakes of mountains!

Does the chalet have WiFi?

Our chalet is fully equipped, which obviously gives you access to a very good quality free WiFi network during your entire stay.

Who said there was no internet in the mountains? After your afternoon of alpine skiing, you can post your best photos of the panoramas on your Instagram! In addition, just like a hotel, the white chalet has a TV! So you can watch with your friends or family, a movie after a good fondue!


Netflix and chill is even better with a raclette in a chalet, don't you think?

What to do in the event of a problem on site?

A person is available every day to help you out in case of problems in the chalet.
When booking we will give you all the necessary contact details if needed.

Are there spaces to park our vehicle on site?

The chalet has a covered garage where you can park your vehicle without any problem and store your cross-country or downhill skiing.

If you have several vehicles, it is possible to park 2 other vehicles in front of the chalet.

What are the activities to do around the white chalet?

Mountain activities are the best!

Snowshoeing, mountain biking or walking, swimming in high mountain lakes, skiing, Via Ferrata and climbing, visits to historic monuments, river fishing, dog sledding, sledding, unwinding in thermal springs. And we certainly forget some!

Mont Dore is a rich region in winter as in summer.


Whatever your age, if you come alone, with your children or a companion, you will find something to have fun!
